Bachmann Gains Fiduciary Licence

The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has awarded Bachmann Corporate Services Ltd and Bachmann Secretarial Services Limited, sister companies of Bachmann Marine Services (Guernsey) Ltd and all part of the Bachmann Payroll Holdings group, a fiduciary licence.  The new licence allows the new companies to carry out Company and Corporate administration.

Commenting on the award of the licence, Nick Saul, Director of Bachmann Payroll Holdings Limited stated "I am absolutely delighted that the GFSC have granted the licences to BCSL and BSSL.  This will allow us to set up and manage our clients companies completely allowing us to give our customers the best possible service".
