Bachmann's roots can be traced back to 1974, when the business started in the yachting world. Shortly later we were established as a major provider of offshore employment solutions to the marine industry.
Ideally placed in the Channel Islands, BachmannHR Group are able to handle both European and Overseas clients.
Utilising our own substantial resources and through our relationships with a network of associated companies, BachmannHR Group are able to provide all the services normally associated with the employment of seafarers.

BachmannHR Group Ltd are fully MLC compliant and have been audited against MLC Standard A1.4 and Guidelines B1.4 and was issued its Statement of Compliance Certificate No. SOU1300998 by Lloyds Register.
In addidition, for over 15 years we have been a member of the UK Chamber of Shipping and are also members of the British Marine Federation and SuperyachtUK.
BachmannHR Group strive to make the best possible use of technology in the provision of services to clients and are currently evaluating a combined payroll / personnel management system linked to an electronic data storage system.
