BachmannHR Group are a recognised leader in the field of offshore employment services, payroll administration, personnel management services and corporate ownership to the marine and offshore industry.
Being able to trace our roots back to 1974, our organisation has developed to handling an employee client base of in excess of 22,000 seafarers and oil & gas personnel, setting the standard for payroll operations and management globally.
Our head office is based in Guernsey in the Channel Islands. We employ over 70 staff in our offices in Guernsey and the UK and over 500 mariners working on client vessels all over the world.

In addition to the mariners we directly employ, we manage the employment of over 20,000 mariners and oil & gas specialists working all over the world.
Through our specialist recruitment division, Bachmann Recruitment, we can find and place crew in all aspects of marine operations.
Our training division is able to offer courses forming part of STCW requirements together with specifically designed courses such as High Voltage management.
Our crew management division can remove the challenges involved in the management of small and medium sized ship operators by providing a crew management product that meets ISO 9001 standard.
Our yacht division specialises in services already listed as well as Ownership and Registration of vessels in tax efficient ways.
We have managed port installations and supported operations in a number of ports for over 10 years.
One of our Group companies holds a Fiduciary Licence issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission allowing us to act in Corporate Services matters and limited trusts.
In addition to our marine services, we also offer payroll solutions in various countries (and in a number of different currencies) to the non marine world.
