Bachmann Group announces Autumn Training Course Schedule

The training division of Bachmann Group, which offers comprehensive facilities for students in Lee on Solent (near Southampton) and Guernsey, has recently announced a series of planned courses commencing in September.
Keith Austin Bachmann’s training manager has structured the program based on previous demand, and expects the courses to be well attended, so early booking is recommended.
As a special offer to kick off the training season there will be a discounted one day HSE / First Aid Course on Wednesday 7th September. The price for this has been promotionally reduced to £69.00/per person + Vat (and includes coffee/teas & lunch) from our normal price of £110.00/person + Vat.
Keith also highlights the ‘Yacht Safety Breakdown Course ’ as a valuable learning experience for anyone starting out in yachting. This is designed to bring students to a basic competency level, enabling them to return yachts to a safe haven in the event of breakdowns or unforeseen circumstances while underway. The curriculum includes basic training in engine breakdown at sea, electrical faults, pre-voyage preparation, radio operations & procedures, and boat safety, plus some elementary planned maintenance routines.
The Yacht Safety Breakdown Course (one day) costs: £235/person per day.
Scheduled dates are: 15th Sept, 18th Oct, 17th Nov, and 14th Dec
