Bachmann Training offers even more courses…

The team at the training division of Bachmann’s well established maritime services group, are continuing to listen to their clients needs and develop new regularly held standard courses, as well as building customised educational programs covering both sea going and shore based requirements.

Already well established is the popular HSE First Aid Course, which covers basic life saving first aid, and workplace health & safety regulations.

The usual price for this regular course is  £110.00 + Vat per person, but the next one planned for Wednesday 14th December, is being offered at a specially discounted price of £69.00 + vat  per person. And if 3 people attend from one company this will be reduced to £57.00 + vat per person.  As from January the First Aid Course price returns to £110.00, and will be run on a monthly basis, as will an AED course. This will prepare workers for competent use of an automated defibrillator in the case of cardiac arrest.

* Basic Electrical Safety for Electrical Engineers (1 day)

* Introduction to Electrical Engineering for Engineers (2 days)

* Field Service Engineers Electrical Course (2 days)

After a busy and successful 2016, the reputation of Bachmann Training for delivering relevant, internationally certified and professionally structured courses is reaching far and wide. Currently detailed negotiations are taking place with clients in China and Nigeria for training on things like engine room simulators.

Also recently completed was a successful ‘Electrical Fault Finding Course’ this was structured specifically for the well known lifting and rigging specialist company SWL.

SWL Rope Lifting & Testing Ltd are able to offer their customers a complete service in the provision of Testing & inspecting both in-house or onsite, with an in-house testing facility up to 800 tonne in both tensile and compressive and NDT services (non destructive testing.) With their Marine and Defence divisions SWL are able to supply specialist services to Docks, Ports and Ships.
