International Yacht Crew Management

The Bachmann Group of companies is pleased to announce the formation of two new companies, BachmannHr Yachts (Guernsey) Ltd, Bachmann Yachts and BachmannHR Crew Ltd, Bachmann Crew

Whilst Bachmann Crew will specialise in the recruitment of yacht crew, Bachmann yachts will oversee the management and employment of yacht crew working on some of the worlds leading yachts.  Building on the experience of its sister company Nuwave Personnel, one of Europe's leading marine recruitment companies, it will offer a bespoke service to yacht owners and managers.

Whilst the company will be based in Guernsey, by 2012, it is planned that we will have offices open in Fareham (UK), Antibes (France) and Gdynia (Poland).

The two companies are lead by Karine Pouwels, who has until recently worked with V Ships in Monaco
