Corporate Ownership

A large proportion of yacht owners opt to buy a vessel through corporate structures, a method that offers many advantages including enhanced confidentiality and reduced exposure to potentially expensive tax liabilities. Our cherry-picked team is composed of specialised experts, all of whom are fully trained to deal with the necessary documentary requirements for yachts, as well as other vessels.

We can quickly arrange things like radio licences and authority documents. Should your vessel require crew members, we are able to recruit from our massive database of seafarers, whom we can then manage with our total crew management service. We can even assist with estate planning, helping to alleviate restrictions associated with asset disposal.

Yacht Registration

As required by International Maritime Law, every seagoing vessel must be properly registered to prove nationality and ownership. We can assist with all aspects of such registration, such as tonnage surveys, vessel markings and choosing a yacht flag state.

Marine Insurance

For more than 40 years, we have worked with Lloyd's Underwriters in the provision of marine insurance. During this extensive-time period, we have developed a close working relationship with the industry-leading broker, allowing us to obtain the best, most competitive quotes for our customers.
