Superyachts at the Monaco Yacht Show 2019
There is just a couple more days to go until the opening of the Monaco Yacht Show 2019, which is the 29th edition of the exciting event. Representatives from Bachmann Group will be in attendance and, following on from last week's Bachmann Group blog article, here's a look at some more of the superyachts they'll see on display.
DreAMBoat
One of a number of NFL owners to take delivery of a superyacht this year, Arthur Blank joins an exclusive list. DreAMBoat (the letters AMB are capitalised to represent Blank's initials) was designed in collaboration between Espen Øino International and Terence Disdale Design and measures just under 300ft. Builder Oceanco manufactured the superyacht, which has a massive volume comprising luxurious accommodation for 23 guests and quarters for up to 33 crew members.
Here Comes The Sun
Stretching out for a sleek 272 feet, Here Comes The Sun is the largest and most ambitious AMELS yacht yet built. Its extremely distinctive paint scheme to the exterior was designed by Tim Heywood, while London-based Winch Design has created a relaxed and modern interior inspired by natural materials and colours. With six decks, Here Comes The Sun has plenty of room to entertain and accommodate guests.
Excellence, 263 Feet
The brief given to Winch Design by their client was for 'an extraordinary yacht' that would 'create a seamless feeling of openness and connection to the outside world'. Experts at the design company, which has in the past created some of the world's most iconic superyachts, responded by designing Excellence, a vessel measuring 263ft in length. Excellence has a futuristic look, created by a unique angular reverse bow with hypnotic exterior lines and decks completely surrounded with curved, mirrored glass.
