Corporate Ownership

We are able to arrange radio licences for our clients, as well as providing official documentation to appoint a chosen person as Yacht Manager. If your yacht requires a crew, it can be recruited from our extensive database and then managed by us as part of our Total Crew Management service. We can even assist with estate planning, alleviating restrictions associated with asset disposal.

Yacht Registration

To prove ownership and nationality, every seagoing vessel must be registered as required by International Maritime Law. The procedures involved with registration include giving the vessel an official name, arranging for a tonnage survey and carrying out checks to ensure that legally-required and up-to-date vessel markings are all present and correct.
