Happy New Year from Bachmann Group!

It has been an exciting year for Bachmann group, with lots of events going on and many new contracts acquired. Our staff have now returned from the Christmas and New Year break and look forward to seeing what 2018 will bring. We would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a prosperous and exciting year ahead.

One of the highlights of the year was our attendance at the London Boat Show, where there were some truly beautiful models on display. It is always exciting to see so many boats gathered together in one place and they all looked as if they had had an extra special cleaning and paint job to wow the visitors! Looking after the aesthetics of a boat is just as important as taking care of its machinery and it is important to hire the right employees to carry out the various tasks involved. Bachmann Group specialise in finding the right staff for any seagoing vessels and you can always trust our dedicated, cherry-picked experts.

The people who work offshore require lots of specialist training and we here at Bachmann Group offer a full complement of training courses in a wide range of subjects. Our training department has moved from strength to strength over the year, securing a number of important contracts from a diverse range of companies including AMI Marine, EAP Ltd, Sulzer Dowding & Thames Clippers.

We also agreed a number of major contracts for our electrical training contracts. These included Crawley-based MTU Engines (makers of Marine & Train Engines) GE Aviation Hamble, who are well known as the makers of the wings for the Airbus A380. Bespoke electrical courses were designed for a number of clients and we also brought a number of new courses to market, including our EAL accredited HV Awareness & 17th addition courses. Safety at sea is of paramount importance and Bachmann Training successfully delivers a number of courses in First Aid and COSHH Course.
