Monaco Yacht Show: Top Three Superyachts

The Monaco Yacht Show is quite possibly the most stylish way to celebrate the end of the summer season and representatives from Bachmann Group are excitedly gearing up to attend.

Monaco Yacht Show: Top Three Superyachts

Though the show encompasses everything from submarines and speedboats to limousines and helicopters, the biggest attractions are the superyachts These vessels are so stunningly sumptuous that they are described as 'portable private islands': here we look at three of the best that will be on display this year.

Tis

At 365 feet in length, Tis is one of the largest superyachts to be launched this year. It's therefore no surprise to discover that the vessel is built by craftsmen at German yacht builder Lürssen, a company with a reputation for living the maxim 'bigger is better'. The extensive list of technical specifications was written by Moran Yacht & Ship, which also managed the entire construction process. The luxurious interior and exterior of Tis were imagined by Winch Design.

Amadea

With six distinct decks and stretching an impressive 348 feet, Amadea is the result of the combined inspiration of designers Espen Øino (exterior) and Francois Zuretti (interior). Created to offer room for 16 guests, Amadea is loaded with exclusive features including cinemas and an infinity pool of and impressive 30m in length.

Phoenix 2

Another collaboration between Lürssen and Winch Design, Phoenix 2 comes in at 295 feet and features an opulent Art Deco inspired interior. In 2004, the original Phoenix was launched and the owner was so happy with it that they requested a new, larger version. Phoenix 2, one of the most distinctive yachts to be part of this year's Monaco Yacht Show, was the result.
