For more than two decades, Bachmann Group have been successfully delivering crew and payroll services to a large and diverse range of clients. Year on year, our experience has grown and developed. a process which continues to this day as we seek to provide the very best service in this demanding, complex field.

Many of our clients have been with us since the very beginning and we believe that this speaks for itself in terms of recommending our high-quality service provision. We work with a wide range of organisations all over the world from small, independent and privately-owned companies right through to major public limited companies; the variety of vessels, rigs and aircraft these companies operate is equally large and diverse.

Bachmann Group have an ongoing commitment to maintaining our high standard of service and the fact that companies continue to use our services is not enough to fulfil this commitment. We therefore regularly seek individual feedback from all of our clients in order to highlight particular areas that could be improved upon, ensuring that our team are always highly focused on continual improvement in all of the processes that we are involved in.

A Client Satisfaction Survey is, we have found, the best way to get as much relevant information as possible from each client and the most recent was carried out in March 2017. As well as multiple-choice questions about our service, the survey also asks for clients to leave comments; many clients take this opportunity to congratulate Bachmann Group and to thank us for our continued dedication to quality.
