Boating Events: Past, Present and Future

In the boating world, there are always lots of exciting events going on and representatives from Bachmann Group like to attend as many as possible. We have a dedicated page on our website on which we publish news and reviews of these events so make sure you check it out to discover the latest.

Cannes is more famously known for its film festival but it also play host to a yachting festival which, in our opinion, is a lot more exciting! It is a truly beautiful location and is perfect for showing off the equal beauty of some of the most luxurious yachts in the world. Last year was the 40th anniversary of the Cannes Yachting Festival and there were more than 600 vessels on display. We took the opportunity to showcase our services and there was lots of interest, particularly as we were one of the most experienced companies of our type in attendance. The owners of the luxury craft need a company they can really put their trust in when it comes to crew and payroll services and Bachmann Group are that company.

Travel just a little further along the coast and you come to the tiny yet massively popular country of Monaco, famous for its capital city, Monte Carlo and the Grand Prix car race. Monaco may have a small resident population and geographic area but it manages to receive and offer hospitality to a massive number of visitors every year, many of whom visit the Monaco Yacht Show.  The venue is the gorgeous Port Hercule area and last year saw the 27th edition of the show, with more than 125 superyachts on display; 40 of these were world premieres and attracted much media attention. The show is a hub for the whole industry and Bachmann Group played an important role, once again showcasing our services and meeting with current and potential clients.
